Chef Jeff Henderson is the author of The New York Times bestselling memoir Cooked: From the Streets to the Stove, From Cocaine to Foie Gras. Chef Jeff is an award-winning chef who made history by becoming the first African-American to run a restaurant at Caesars Place in Las Vegas. He's is now developing a reality TV show, a restaurant enterprise and a movie project with Overbrook/Sony Pictures. Until May 2007 he was the Executive Chef at the Café Bellagio and is the recipient of such accolades as Las Vegas Chef of the Year and the Culinary Award of Excellence. Chef Jeff has appeared on many of the leading talk shows, including "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "Good Morning America," "The Montel Williams Show," CNBC's "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch," and Fox's "Mike and Juliet in the Morning."
